O Príncipe de Gales e a Duquesa da Cornualha chegaram em Berlim para o quarto dia de visita à Alemanha.
O Príncipe e a Duquesa reuniram-se com S.E. Angela Merkel, Chanceller da Alemanha, e Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Presidente da Alemanha, depois o Príncipe de Gales depositou uma coroa de flores no Berlin Airlift Memorial. O Memorial honra as forças aliadas que transportaram provisões para a Alemanha durante o bloqueio de Berlim imposto pela União Soviética em 1948.
No famoso Portão de Brandenburgo, o Príncipe e a Duquesa ouviram falar sobre a história do Prefeito de Berlim, Michael Müller, e tiveram a oportunidade de conhecer os residentes da cidade.
À noite, o Príncipe e Duquesa atenderam ao "The Queen's Birthday Party" na Residência do Embaixador Britânico.
